Its been a while since a nice EF common date CC double eagle was obtainable in PCGS EF45 for less than $3,000, but with hundreds of coins entering the market prices have retreated back to their 2012-2013 levels.
This piece is clean and lustrous with swirls of orange-gold color which are heavies in the left obverse field.
